The White Horse Lake campground, day use, and boat launch are open. Only boats with a single electric motor are allowed on White Horse Lake. No gas-powered motors. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 channel catfish. Anglers are finding success using lures with flash and vibration such as inline spinners and worms.
