The limit is 4 trout. Access to Russel Tank is now open. Anglers have been catching holdover rainbow trout on worms recently. The water level of Russell Tank has dropped from last spring and will not be stocked at this time due to lower water levels and water quality issues. Surface temperature 66.02, pH 9.5, D.O. 10.5 on 5/10/2024.
