Lake elevation is 1,907 feet (93-percent full). The Arizona Fishing Guides reported that the lake was -- and still is -- fishing pretty good. The smallmouth bass had a great spawn and while on a bed would eat just about anything you threw at them. Now is time to start looking for them to eat some reaction baits like top water and maybe some jerk baits.
