Lake elevation is 1,743 feet, 46 % full. Lake elevation is rising quickly. The main ramp is open and on Saturday was 10 feet under water. Gary Senft, a Bass Pro at the Mesa Bass Pro Shops, said most bass are in post-spawn. He said one angler reported fishing from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., throwing dropshots and catching 12 largemouth bass. If you have any reports from Bartlett, please send them to [email protected]. The Arizona Fishing Guides previously reported that the lake was very low, but is starting to fill up quickly. Fishing here is pretty good and fish can be caught on a drop shot or by dragging a jig on long points. The reaction bite can be good on some mornings, but seems to go away pretty quick.
