At River Walk Park, the spring bass bite is in full swing, with anglers reporting consistent action throughout both lakes. Bass are actively moving into the shallows as water temperatures rise, and anglers are finding success with Senkos, jigs, and jerkbaits, especially during the morning and late afternoon hours. There has also been a steady reaction bite developing, with fish willing to chase moving baits along the banks. Bluegill action remains very good, with anglers having the best success using wax worms and mealworms under a bobber.
