Best time of day to fish: Mid morning is good as the sunlight is getting on the water later now

Best stretch: Anything up river, towards the dam. At the walk-in between the Big Rock and the Paria River.

Best access point: Lees Ferry boat dock

midges scuds, san juan worms, and cicadas, streamers
