The prepared angler should have a 20lb-25lb outfit with hooks between #4-2/0 with the mixed bait currently. Passports are Not currently required for this trip.

  • The Pacific Voyager finished out their 3 day charter early reporting very fun mixed bag fishing! Capt Max checked in 86 Yellowfin Tuna, 40 Skipjack, 1 Yellowtail, 55 Rockfish, and 32 Sheephead.

San Diego Full Day

  • The San Diego finished up their full day trip with 83 Yellowfin Tuna, 43 Skipjack Tuna, and 1 Wahoo. Passports are Not currently required for this trip. Recommended setups for the San Diego has been a 20lb-25lb setup along with a 30lb-40lb setup for anchovies and sardines. Small jigs and popper have been seeing decent response for the anglers looking to throw artificials.

New Seaforth Half Day

  • The New Seaforth have been finding fun Calico bass action along with opportunities for quality Yellowtail and other inshore species. A 15–25 lb live-bait setup with #4 to 2/0 hooks is recommended, as a variety of bait is currently in use. Jigs and plastics have been getting good response but with the mixed live bait a chovie or sardine on the fly line or dropper loop has been doing well. Rod rentals and fishing licenses are available at the landing during check-in.
