Friday Returning Trips

  • The Aztec on a reverse1.5 Day finished up with 3 Wahoo, 3 Yellowfin Tuna, 1 Dorado and 3 skipjack.

Thursday Full Day Report

  • The Sea Watch on their full-day trip returned with 56 Yellowfin Tuna, 39 Skipjack Tuna and 7 Yellowtail. Passports are not currently required for these trips. Current sniper-style jigs have been getting bit well, but it’s also a good idea to bring a 20–30 lb live-bait setup.
  • The San Diego wrapped up their full-day trip with 58 Yellowfin, 6 Yellowtail, 6 Skipjack, and 4 Dorado. Fly-lined live bait on 15–30 lb tackle has been getting it done, along with smaller-sized sniper-style jigs. Be sure to bring multiple hook sizes, ranging from #4 to 1/0. Passports are not required.
  • The Voyager wrapped up their full-day Offshore trip with 32 Yellowfin, 4 Yellowtail and 16 Skipjack.

New Seaforth Half Day

The New Seaforth has been enjoying some excellent local action on its half-day trips. Anglers have been getting into Bass, Barracuda, and Bonito, with opportunities for quality Yellowtail as well. A 20–30 lb live-bait setup paired with #4 through 2/0 hooks is recommended. Surface irons, stickbaits, and smaller sniper-style jigs have also been producing consistently. Rod rentals and fishing licenses are available at the landing during check-in.
