Wednesday Full Day Report
- The San Diego wrapped up their full-day trip with 142 Yellowfin, 5 Yellowtail, 26 Skipjack, and 1 Dorado. Fly-lined live bait on 15–30 lb tackle has been getting it done, along with smaller-sized sniper-style jigs. Be sure to bring multiple hook sizes, ranging from #4 to 1/0. Passports are not required.
- The El Gato Dos wrapped up their full-day Offshore trip with 50 Yellowfin(limits) and 1 Yellowtail and 4 Dorado.
New Seaforth Half Day
-
The New Seaforth has been enjoying some excellent local action on its half-day trips. Anglers have been getting into Bass, Barracuda, and Bonito, with opportunities for quality Yellowtail as well. A 20–30 lb live-bait setup paired with #4 through 2/0 hooks is recommended. Surface irons, stickbaits, and smaller sniper-style jigs have also been producing consistently. Rod rentals and fishing licenses are available at the landing during check-in.
