Trout fishing is good along the Colorado River. PowerBait, night crawlers and spinner are all bringing the rainbow trout in. Some anglers have limited out at Davis Camp with fish ranging from planter size to as large as 20 inches. Striped bass and catfish action are both slow. Sunshine Peninsula has been a good spot to catch them.

The only fish being reported are striped bass. Fishermen have caught fish as large as eight pounds out of Cottonwood Cove using a boat early in the morning.
