Temescal Regional Recreation Area offers a range of accessible amenities for all visitors. The reservable picnic areas, including North Temescal, Stream Side, Park View, and Big Rock, provide accessible drinking fountains and barbeques. Stream Side and Big Rock are accessible via compacted gravel pathways, while North Temescal is fully wheelchair accessible. Park View is not wheelchair accessible.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the Landvale Station and East Shore Trails are both wheelchair accessible, with an accessible drinking fountain on the East Shore Trail. However, the West Shore and Oak Bay Trails are not wheelchair accessible.

All restrooms in the park are wheelchair accessible, and beach wheelchairs are available at no cost for wheelchair users who need assistance traveling across the beach. Arrangements can be made by calling the park office, with a brief orientation provided.

The Beach House, a popular venue for events, is also wheelchair accessible, and the fishing pier on East Shore Trail offers wheelchair access. The pier, dedicated to Robert Clinton Lee, includes a wheelchair-accessible picnic table. The south playground and drinking fountain are wheelchair accessible, though the north playground is not.

For more accessibility details, visitors can refer to the Access Northern California website or contact the park directly.
