In a recent fishing derby, a 5.7 pound and 4.7 pound trout were reeled in. PowerBait has worked well for many of the stocked trout while the larger holdovers from previous years seem to prefer lures. Try various methods to work on filling your creel. The stocked trout are moving from the immediate area in which they were planted and can be found in holes near the casino area or into the Sunshine Peninsula.
