The flows are dropping fast. On Tuesday morning they were 126 CFS. This is the time to go before the water gets really low. Hopper Dropper set-ups have been working well. You can use the same type of bugs as in the East Walker report. Mornings and evenings have been best. There has also been a Caddis and Little Yellow Stone hatch in the evenings just before dark. Cutter's EC Caddis and Extended Body Little Yellow Stones will work in the evenings.
