Crane Prairie continues to fish really well with indicator and dry-dropper setups producing the consistent action. Chironomids remain a major player, while balanced & mini leeches are finding fish throughout the day. As water temps slowly climb fish are spending more time around channels, flooded structure, weed edges, and transition zones.
We're beginning to see the first signs of more consistent damsel activity and callibaetis aren't far behind. It isn't full hatch-mode yet, but both should become a bigger factor over the next couple weeks if the warm weather continues.
