Fishing conditions: Good
Report: Up on Hat the caddis are beginning to show in force, probably Glossosoma. Stripping emergers/pupas like a #14 or 16 Cinnamon Fox Poopah or Bird's Nest will work. Some Golden Stoneflies and PMDs are beginning to show, the Salmonfly hatch should begin soon below the Hwy 299 bridge soon. Anglers fishing the Powerhouse 2 Riffle are reporting good fishing, but we would also like to take this chance to remind folks who fish the Powerhouse 2 riffle that the wild trout spawn in this section. Use caution to stay off of any redds and let the fish do their thing so we have a healthy fish population.
