Colorado River - Laughlin Fish Report for 5-11-2023
Our striper bite is going well
Colorado River - Laughlin - Laughlin, NV
Our striper bite is going well. We are catching smaller ones mixed with some larger fish occasionally. Please remember to re-tie your line after a successful hook up. Local angler Mike Merritt had success using anchovies while fishing off his jet ski in the upper big bend area. These fish are perfect for a delicious meal. There have been reports of rainbow trout being caught near Community Park and a few at Rotary Park as well. We haven't heard much about Lake Mohave yet due to strong winds keeping most anglers away. The marsh area has yielded a few catfish and stripers, while the largemouth bass are currently protecting their fry, but that should end soon. We hope this information is helpful, and we're excited to see you soon to hear about your catch and your story. Thank you for your continued support.
