Road access to the reservoir is open. The lake will be partially ice covered this week. The lake is full and spilling. Only boats with an electric motor are allowed on Sante Fe Reservoir. No gas-powered motors. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 channel catfish, the limit is 4 trout.
