Jim N.: Fishing at Lake Pleasant was tougher this fall due to higher-than-normal water levels, and lake being warmer longer because of it. Plus more water to hunt and hide in. We fished Agua Fria and caught mixed sizes of white bass and large White crappies, all on Lemon Merange grubs on painted jigheads trolling before the wagle closure.

Largemouth fishing was easier on Texas, Carolina and drop-shot worms in brown/pumpkin,classic motor oil worms and Yamamoto green/pumpkin cuttail worms with their smaller profile for short biters. Smelly jelly always works for me. Coles Bay and Humbug were productive.
