Capt Justin checked in from the Excel to let us know they returned to the islands and found some excellent Yellowtail fishing. Everything was working from yoyo to surface irons as well as the dropper loops, the fish were from 18 to 35 lbs. After that we decided to head up the island and drift for Halibut and got a nice surprise as we got into some really good White Seabass and ened with 23 of them as well as a couple Halibut. The water was a little warm but the White Seabass did not seem to mind, we are now headed up the island to stay out of the wind. We will check back in again later if we decide to stop and fish, we have a lot of fish and some happy anglers.
