Edy K.: Caught this beautiful flathead catfish at Bartlett Lake April 15 and there was only one thing I could do" take this photo" and release him back. So, I'm asking others that want to catch the big one, to do the same.

Caught at 1 pm using 65-pound braided line and a 2 ounce slip sinker, and a 6/0 j-hook on 20-pound monofilament leader, Live bluegill hooked just above lateral line will keep it alive. Threw out to 30 feet into a hole, where this mammoth cat was.

The absolute best fishing trip ever.

Kevin H.: Fished the upper Agua Fria Arm of Lake Pleasant on Sunday April 19th off of Table Mesa Road. The water temperature ranged from 66 degrees in the morning and 68° in the afternoon.
